N2AI is the data controller for the personal data described below.

Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and — where an engagement follows — the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep your message until we have responded and any resulting conversation has concluded. After that, we archive enquiry data for up to 12 months, then delete it, unless an engagement contract requires us to keep records longer.

Personal data you submit is stored within the European Union by default. Where we use processors (for example, email infrastructure), we select providers that offer EU data residency and GDPR-compliant terms.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, email hello@n2ai.be — we respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
