AI Use-Case Exploration Workshop

One or two days to figure out which AI use cases are actually worth doing — and which ones aren't.

A structured working session for leadership and operational teams who suspect AI could help, but aren't sure where to start or which idea deserves the first budget.

    Who it's for

    • SME and mid-market leadership teams beginning their AI journey
    • Innovation, IT or operations leads who have a backlog of AI ideas and need to prioritise
    • Organisations that want a defensible answer to "where should we start?" before committing real money

    What's included

    • Half-day pre-work: a short readiness questionnaire and a review of your context (sector, data, existing systems)
    • 1 day (focused team) or 2 days (multiple business units) of facilitated workshop, on-site in Belgium or remote
    • Structured ideation: process mapping, opportunity scanning, generative and classical AI use-case generation
    • Prioritisation against a four-axis scorecard: business impact, feasibility, data readiness, regulatory/AI Act risk
    • A one-page business-case sketch for the top 2–3 use cases (expected value, rough effort, dependencies)
    • A written summary delivered within 5 working days — readable by both the CEO and the IT lead

Duration: 1–2 days of workshop, ~1 week total from kickoff to written summary.

Deliverable: a ranked shortlist of AI use cases, a top-3 business-case sketch, and an honest "do this next / don't do this yet" recommendation.

What this is not: a generic AI awareness training, or a sales pitch for a follow-on engagement. If the answer is "you're not ready yet," we'll say so.
